Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60–75 minutes)—$450

Standard Follow-Up (25–30 minutes)—$250

Extended Follow-Up (40–45 minutes)—$350

Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept select insurance plans through Headway, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield.  We are always updating our covered insurance providers, please check our headway link below for up-to-date coverage options.

Patients wishing to use insurance for psychiatric evaluations or ongoing treatment can verify their benefits, review estimated out-of-pocket costs, and schedule appointments directly through Headway.

Coverage and eligibility vary by individual plan.

Comprehensive ASD evaluations are offered exclusively on a private-pay basis.

Comprehensive ASD Evaluation: $3,000

Evaluations include a detailed developmental and clinical assessment, standardized diagnostic measures as clinically appropriate, and a comprehensive written report with individualized recommendations.

Insurance is not accepted for ASD evaluations.

Patients who are uninsured or choose not to use insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges under federal law. Additional information is available upon request.
